W.A.L.T: Write Haiku poems
In Room 2 we have been doing Haiku Poems. We had to write a Haiku Poem about Autumn leaves. To help us, our teacher, Miss Pownall took us outside to look at Autumn leaves. There were damp and wet ones. There were crunchy and dry ones, and there were big and small ones. When we were looking at the leaves there was a very friendly Piwakawaka (Fantail). The Fantail kept flying around us and I got to get really close to him. I had a very fun time.
